Breathwork Classes

In our breathwork classes, we invite Conscious Connected Breathwork. This type of breathing encourages participants to breathe more deeply. A breathwork session lasts around 90 minutes. We gather together, settle into the space, take time to set an intention, then we breathe together for around 40 minutes. There is integration time afterwards, then time for us to share our experience.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful self-healing modality. It can help alleviate anxiety and depression, it can allow the body to release and process trauma, it can boost the immune system, help with sleep issues, increase energy and instil a sense of wellbeing.

By breathing deeply and consciously our physiology shifts into an altered state of consciousness, allowing for deep states of healing, self-awareness and growth.
